Our company was founded in 1990 by Jan Sircey and Dan Belchner. Jan and Dave worked for other roofing contractors but had a vision for a better way, a more professional action that stressed quality and long-term value. They decided to put their ideas and hard work to the test and venture out on their own – thus FWR was formed from Jan’s kitchen table, the house became the office.

As a licensed installer,  we believe that the standards we hold must be the same as the manufactures and their agents. We are proud of our long-term business relationships with Firestone Building Products, SiPlast Systems, and Duro-Last Roofing Systems. These product lines enable us to provide a wide range of single-ply membrane, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, and metal/accessories systems to our clients. We understand that no one system is the proper answer to every building’s weather protection, but our manufacturer base allows us to meet those needs and still maintain a quality product.
