Inspection

Preventative Maintenance Includes:

  1. Inspect – A certified technician examines the exterior roof system while noting the conditions of wall panels, area dividers, parapets and roof penetrations while documenting conditions needing future monitoring
  2. Clean – Debris is removed from the roof surface, gutters, interior drains, and through-wall scuppers to prevent ponding water that my cause premature roof aging and damage.
  3. Maintain – As needed, deteriorated sealant on metal flashings is replaced pitch pans are topped off and suspect flashing at equipment curbs and perimeters are resealed. Drain clamps and rain collars at pipe penetrations are also secured.
  4. Report – Tecta reports annual summation of work performed, assessment of roof conditions, including updated roof drawings and photographs.
