Tecta America New England was formerly Delta Roofing. The company was formed in 1988 by Brett Chapman, Peter Owens, and Carolie Owens. Through the hard work of the owners, the quality products they used, prompt response when the phone rang, and exceptional customer service, Delta Roofing became busy very quickly. Tecta America, based in Rosemont, Illinois, brought Delta into the company in 2007, when our name changed to Tecta America New England.
