ABOUT AVANI LIVING MIRACLE MARKET, LLC, Rochester, Minnesota:
As roofing contractor at Avani Living, Schwickert’s Tecta America installed an EPDM Ballast roof system and a waterproofing and paver system on multiple levels of the new five-story mixed-use complex boasting a grocery store, coffee shop, apartment units and a rooftop terrace for its tenants.
At the highest point of the building, Schwickert’s installed a Carlisle EPDM Ballast roof system that reached individual apartment patios on the north and east zones.
In addition, Schwickert’s installed a waterproof system covered by 1,700 patio pavers expressing various colors and patterns to be used for outdoor relaxation. The team also installed a wooden yoga deck in the community space.
