CDS – 55 Helping Hands Way

Tecta America WeatherGuard completed a full roof replacement at the CDS facility on Helping Hands Way in Glenville, NY.

Crews removed 300 squares of existing shingles and installed new Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles across the 6:12 sloped roof areas.

Crews also removed the flat roof and replaced it with a fully adhered GAF TPO roofing system. The crew also installed new fascia and edge metal, reinstalled the existing gutters, and replaced one large skylight and four smaller skylights.

Crews completed the project during school hours while keeping the facility open and avoiding disruptions to daily operations and continuous bus traffic.
