Tecta America Zero Company’s Dayton team completed an 8,400 sq ft roof restoration at Troy City Hall in Troy, Ohio.
Crews applied Garland coating products over the existing single-ply roof system to restore its protective surface and extend its service life.
Much of the work required crews to carefully access tight spaces beneath mechanical equipment mounted on rails.
