Tecta America WeatherGuard completed a 33,600 sq. ft. waterproofing project at Trustco Bank’s main office in Glenville, NY.

After a full roof inspection, test cuts, and adhesion testing, the team approved the existing TPO roof for a coating application. Crews pressure-washed the membrane and repaired seams, flashings, and other damaged areas using TPO materials and reinforced patching products.

Crews then applied a Progressive Materials single-ply primer and allowed it to cure for 24 hours. The roof received a Progressive Pro Eco-Sil 3200 topcoat at a minimum thickness of 25-mils, to achieve a 10-year warranty.

Completed in September 2025, the project finished on time, within budget, and with no safety incidents.
