Empire Roofing San Antonio completed a waterproofing and facade repair project at the 782,000-square-foot Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, in 2024. The project focused on addressing leaks through extensive waterproofing repairs, including replacement of more than 62,000 linear feet of sealant at metal and concrete joints, elastomeric coating of concrete columns, and targeted repairs to TPO flashing, expansion joints, fasteners, and column flashings.
Given the facility’s complexity, the project required coordination. The project included a 20-year Tremco material warranty and a two-year contractor artistry warranty, delivering long-term protection for one of San Antonio’s premier entertainment venues.
