Todd Kaska brings more than 30 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry, including time at Tecta America from 2016 to 2021, managing strategic accounts such as International Paper, Coca-Cola, and Winn-Dixie. He also served as CEO of a roofing contractor in Spartanburg, South Carolina, gaining firsthand experience across sales, operations, and business leadership.
“Todd brings a wealth of experience in national accounts and service sales,” said Todd Stugelmayer, Chief Operating Officer of Tecta America. “We’re excited for him to help our teams continue growing service sales across the company.”
In his new role, Todd will report to Todd Stugelmayer, Chief Operating Officer of Tecta America, and will focus on building out Tecta America’s national service sales team and training program, working closely with operating units to develop service sales strategy and mentor talent across the company.
Outside of work, Todd lives in Richardson, Texas and enjoys golf, grilling and smoking meats, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
