Tecta America is pleased to announce the promotion of Joe Bergstrom to Vice President of Human Resources at Tecta America Corp., effective June 2, 2025.
Joe joined Tecta two years ago, bringing with him more than a decade of human resources experience in the construction and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Tecta, he served as Director of Human Resources for a private equity-backed firm, where he led HR strategy, external government and legal interactions, and safety initiatives across the organization.
Since joining Tecta, Joe has played a key role in shaping and leading corporate HR efforts, including benefits administration, recruiting, compliance, and succession planning. From the beginning, Joe’s role was designed to evolve into a broader leadership position as part of a planned succession. Over time, he assumed oversight of medical and ancillary benefits, the 401(k) plan, and led strategic initiatives to strengthen HR support across our operating units.

Whether navigating complex employee relations issues, advising on compensation and recruitment strategies, or supporting growth initiatives, Joe brings a balanced, thoughtful approach to decision-making that aligns people strategies with operational goals.
