Re-Roof

Round Rock, TX

Empire Pflugerville

Empire Roofing, based in Pflugerville, Texas, completed a re-roofing project at Old Town Square, an office building in Round Rock, Texas.

The $880,000 project covered about 56,000 square feet and was completed in March 2024.

The team removed the existing hail-damaged standing seam metal roofs across three buildings. They prepared the roof decks and replaced damaged plywood where needed. They installed a self-adhering high-temperature underlayment and new McElroy 138T standing seam metal panels made from 24-gauge Galvalume steel.

The team also installed new trim, including ridge and hip caps, flashings, edge metal, and valley pans. The new system restores long-term protection for the building.
