Empire Roofing, a Tecta America company based in Pflugerville, Texas, completed service work for Lockhart ISD at the Carver Early Education Center in Lockhart, Texas, in January 2024.
The project was completed under the TIPS CO-OP purchasing program.
The team tested the roof to find active leaks. They removed gravel to expose the roof layers and installed modified bitumen patches using torch-applied methods.
They used reinforced liquid flashing to seal perimeter edges and made temporary repairs to damaged metal flashings.
The team tested all repairs on site to confirm the roof was watertight before completing the job.
