Followed by deck repairs and preparation, the new system included polyiso insulation and a ½-inch gypsum cover board, installed using low-rise foam adhesive and a mechanical attachment, along with a 2-ply SBS torch. Crews also replaced drains and piping, added saddles, crickets and new edge metal. They then applied a reflective aluminum coating after cure, the lightning protection system and select paver areas were also replaced. Completed on an active and secure police facility, the project was carefully coordinated to maintain daily operations while ensuring strict safety and security protocols were upheld throughout the process.
