CE Reeve Roofing completed a 90,200-square-foot project for Abbott Laboratories in Westfield, IN. The project began in July 2020 and was completed in July 2021. The roof system consisted of a Carlisle adhered PVC fleece back membrane installed over an R-20 ISO insulation system, coverboard, vapor barrier, and substrate board, designed for optimal energy efficiency and long-term performance. The low-slope (14″)roofing system ensures effective drainage and durability, supporting the strict operational requirements of a modern laboratory facility. This project showcases CE Reeve Roofing’s ability to execute largescale, precision-driven commercial roofing installations that meet demanding performance standards for private-sector laboratory environments.
