JP Patti Tecta America completed a 35,800-square-foot, $1.67 million re-roof of the Jersey City Municipal Courthouse and Bethune Community Center from September 2022 to July 2023 using an adhered Carlisle 60 mil EPDM system.
The team used infrared scanning to find problem areas and removed sections of the existing roof as needed. They replaced insulation, installed tapered insulation, and completed the full roof system. They also installed new flashings and edge metal and set up temporary roofing to support HVAC upgrades.
The team worked around active court and police operations, managed street closures, and coordinated multiple trades. They completed the project safely and on schedule.
