CE Reeve Roofing completed the 47,000-square-foot roofing system for The Whit Apartments in Indianapolis, IN, a new construction multifamily project for TWG Construction LLC. Completed in July 2019, the system featured a Johns Manville 60-mil TPO membrane installed with the RhinoBond method over R-20 insulation on a 117-foot-high structure. Working in an urban environment required careful staging and unloading coordination. The project also included a third-floor amenity pool, built with an EPDM membrane over a fully tapered concrete system to ensure watertight integrity and proper drainage. The Whit showcases CE Reeve Roofing’s ability to manage logistical challenges while delivering high-performance roofs for complex urban developments.
