Anthony Roofing, a Tecta America company, completed a 70,000-square-foot reroof for the Tinley Park – Park District in Illinois between August and October 2023. The project involved power washing the existing single-ply membrane, applying GAF primer, and finishing with a GAF silicone coating.
As a co-op project with Tinley Park, the customer’s limited budget led to a value-engineered coating solution instead of a full tear-off. Selective replacement was performed where needed, and a 20-year warranty was provided using GAF’s silicone mastic system.
