Tecta America East – Architectural Metals delivered an extensive architectural metals package for the 9800 Medical Center Drive Building E in Rockville, MD. Spanning 33,023 square feet, this office building project began in January 2023 and was completed in November 2023. Work included installation across both the new construction and existing building entrance areas. The scope featured rooftop screen walls, penthouse and parking level wall cladding, aluminum plate column covers, soffit accents, fascia, and entry canopy layout and framing. Additional highlights included wood grain soffits and interior lobby finishes such as wood grain ceiling and wall cladding which demonstrates Tecta’s expertise in blending function with architectural aesthetics.
