Tecta America Announces Promotion of Thomas Easter to Operating Unit President at Roof Services – Richmond

Roof Services – Richmond, a Tecta America Company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Thomas Easter to Operating Unit President.

Thomas brings more than two decades of experience in commercial construction, including 17 years in commercial roofing. After graduating from Virginia Tech, he began his career with a large general contractor before transitioning into commercial roofing. He joined Roof Services in 2012 and has spent the past 14 years helping lead operations and supporting the company’s continued growth. Throughout much of his tenure, Thomas’s responsibilities steadily expanded as he gained experience across nearly every aspect of the business. Working closely alongside outgoing Operating Unit President Joe Vieni, he developed a broad understanding of the company’s operations and played an increasingly important role in its success.

“Joe put together a wonderful team over the last several years, and we’re in a great spot,” said Thomas. “My priority is to keep us moving forward on the path we’re on while, continuing to chase the type of work we want to do and deliver the quality and service our customers expect.”

As part of this planned leadership transition, Joe Vieni will continue serving Roof Services in a Vice President leadership role focused on sales and business development. After 23 years of leading the company as Operating Unit President, Joe will continue strengthening customer relationships, supporting strategic growth, and helping drive the long-term success of the business in a supportive role.

Tecta America Announces Promotion of Tiffany Lebeda to Operating Unit President at Tecta America Central Florida

Tecta America Central Florida is pleased to announce the promotion of Tiffany Lebeda to Operating Unit President. Tiffany brings more than 35 years of construction experience, including nearly 17 years with Tecta America Central Florida. She began her construction career shortly after high school, working in general contracting before joining Tecta in 2008 as a Tile Coordinator.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has taken on progressively broader leadership responsibilities while helping drive operational improvements across the business. Known for her process-driven approach, she helped lead Tecta America Central Florida’s transition to paperless operations, supported the company’s early technology initiatives, participated on Tecta America’s ERP committee, and played a key role in implementing tablets and digital workflows for field teams. Her experience has also included managing large-scale projects, leading special initiatives, overseeing operations and production, and serving as Vice President for the past five years.

“I’m excited to build on the strong culture we’ve created and continue recognizing the people who make our success possible,” said Tiffany. “Our field employees are the reason we’re known for quality, and my priority is to continue creating an environment where every employee has the opportunity to grow, succeed, and take pride in the work they do.”

Over the course of her career, Tiffany has helped lead some of Central Florida’s most complex and high-profile roofing projects, developing expertise across a wide range of roofing systems and markets. Michael Winant, OUP at Tecta America Central Florida, Announces Retirement

After a decades-long career in the roofing industry, Michael Winant has retired as Operating Unit President of Tecta America Central Florida, effective July 1. Tiffany Lebeda has assumed the role of Operating Unit President, while Michael will continue supporting the operating unit through the end of the year, focusing on estimating, project management, and serving as an advisor to the team.

Michael’s path in roofing began at a young age. A third-generation roofer, he grew up working alongside his father and older brother, cleaning up job sites, carrying shingles, and helping wherever he was needed. After graduating from high school, he joined the family business full-time and learned every aspect of the industry, including estimating, sales, operations, management, and financial leadership.

Throughout his career, Michael found the greatest satisfaction in mentoring employees and helping them build successful careers in the roofing industry.

“What has always meant the most to me is mentoring new employees and helping them see the opportunities this industry has to offer,” said Winant. “Roofing has provided an incredible career for my family, and it’s been rewarding to watch others grow, succeed, and build careers of their own.”
