Single Ply
Single Ply Single‑ply roofing features factory‑made sheets (typically TPO, PVC, or EPDM) that are fully adhered, mechanically fastened, or ballasted on low‑slope roofs. Known for its durability, UV resistance, and ease of installation, it also offers excellent energy efficiency and is a popular choice for commercial and light industrial buildings.
Modified Bitumen
Modified Bitumen Modified bitumen roofing uses asphalt enhanced with polymers (SBS or APP) and is applied in rolls. It can be torch‑applied, cold‑adhesive, self‑adhesive, or heat‑welded, delivering enhanced flexibility, weather resistance, and durability.
Built-Up
Built-Up BUR systems layer alternating hot‑mopped asphalt and reinforcement felts, topped with weighted stones or gravel. This time‑tested “tar‑and‑gravel” method provides excellent waterproofing, UV protection, and resilience in slow‑slope applications. Its multilayered strength makes it ideal for large commercial and industrial roofs.
Metal
Metal Metal roofing utilizes panels made from steel, aluminum, copper, or zinc alloys. These panels interlock or overlap and are available in standing‑seam, corrugated, or ribbed profiles. Metal roofs are celebrated for their longevity, low maintenance, fire resistance, and high recyclability.
Shingle
Shingle Shingle roofs are most commonly asphalt-based and come in 3‑tab or architectural (dimensional) styles. Easy to install, cost-effective, and available in diverse colors, they offer reliable protection and appeal.
Tile
Tile Tile roofing includes clay, concrete, and composite tiles. Known for exceptional durability, thermal efficiency, and distinctive aesthetics, tiles work well in both historic and modern architectural styles. They’re heavier and require more structural support, but deliver long-term performance and curb appeal.
Daylighting
Daylighting Daylighting systems integrate natural light sources such as skylights, light tubes, and roof monitors into the roofing envelope. Beyond boosting interior daylight, they reduce energy consumption by minimizing electric lighting needs. Customizable for both flat and pitched roofs, they enhance occupant comfort, productivity, and building sustainability.
Vegetative
Vegetative Vegetative roof systems, also known as green roof systems, support plant growth atop a layered waterproofing assembly, including drainage, media, and vegetation. They offer benefits such as stormwater management, improved insulation, reduced heat island effects, and biodiversity.
