Roof Services of New York (RSNY) completed a steeple restoration for the Church of St. Dominic in Oyster Bay, NY, a steep-slope structure originally built in 1897. After other contractors declined the project, RSNY partnered with DJT Development to take on the challenge. Using large lifts to access the structure, the crew meticulously sanded the steel steeple down to bare metal, performed necessary repairs, and applied primer and paint. The restoration not only renewed the steeple’s aesthetic value but also provided long-lasting protection against rust, showcasing RSNY’s expertise in delivering complex, high-access restoration projects.
