CE Reeve Roofing completed the 860,000-square-foot roofing system for Here & Now in Muncie, IN, a new construction manufacturing facility for Blue Rock Construction. The project began in April 2022 and was completed in August 2022. The roof system featured a SikaPlan 60 mil PVC membrane, fully adhered over 8 inches of Rockwool insulation and ½-inch DensDeck, and included 64 skylights, gutters, and downspouts.
Despite a 9-month material lead time and logistical challenges involving over 300 truck deliveries, CE Reeve Roofing successfully executed and completed the roof within 16 weeks. With a 40-person roofing crew, the project was finished on time and under budget.
