Childers Roofing and Sheet Metal completed a 35,000-square-foot clay tile re-roof for Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL, in 2025. The project required removing the existing roofing and installing a new clay tile system that both enhances durability and preserves the historic aesthetic of the landmark campus. Working within the unique challenges of a historic educational institution, the team focused on maintaining architectural integrity while providing long-term weather resistance.
