Jared Wootton has been at J Reynolds since 2018. He has been their CFO working alongside Matt Skipper. J Reynolds joined the Tecta family in 2020. Before he joined Tecta, Jared worked for BNSF Railway, one of North America’s leading freight transportation companies, from 1997-2018 in a variety of roles including Safety, Terminal Operations, Corridor Operations, Process Improvement, Locomotive Utilization, Intermodal Hub Operations in the Ports of Long Beach and LA, Locomotive Utilization and Fleet Management, General Director of Transportation, and ending a 20 year career as General Manager for the Northwest Division with responsibilities across the states of Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Northern California, and British Columbia.
Matt Skipper has led J Reynolds successfully for 24 years. He is thankful to everyone at J Reynolds and Tecta for the location’s accomplishments. He will be staying with the company in the role of VP of Sales and Business Development. Rosemont, IL – Tecta America, the national leader in commercial roofing, announces that Geoff Hagan has been promoted to Senior Vice President of National Service. Geoff replaces Nicole Eisenhardt, who has taken a job outside of the industry. He will assume his new responsibilities effective June 10, 2024 reporting to Kevin Palmer, President of Tecta America.
Hagan started his roofing career as a laborer on a residential crew and progressed through the ranks while also earning a BA degree from Kent State University. His experiences include past roles in the field, estimating, project management, sales, environmental solutions, team building, and training and development.

Rosemont, IL – Tecta America, the national leader in commercial roofing, announces that Kristin Walbert has been promoted to Operating Unit President of Tecta America East – Fruitland.
Kristin has been with Tecta America East – Fruitland since 2010 when she was hired as a project manager. Throughout her tenure, Kristin has focused her skills on estimating, sales, management, and customer relations. Kristin prides herself in learning all facets of the operation. In 2021, Kristin was promoted to Vice President of the Fruitland Operating Unit. She has been training with Glenn Wood to succeed him as OUP.
Glen Wood said the following regarding Kristin’s promotion “From the time I interviewed Kristin I knew she would be going places, and I was not wrong. She has taken the bull by the horns in every position she has had over the years. If she did not know something she would dig into it on her own and would then know everything about it. I loved going to meetings with her and the looks from people that she doesn’t know anything or what she’s talking about. I would let her go and they would soon find out they were greatly mistaken! I would just sit back and enjoy. The people that had their doubts came to me and said this lady knows her stuff and some of them have turned into her biggest fans. Needless to say, I am so very proud of her, and she will do a great job moving forward and I will support her any way she needs me to. Her seceding means more to me than anyone can imagine!”

Derek Homrighausen’s career in construction started over 25 years ago, marked by his education at North Dakota State College of Science, where he pursued a degree in HVAC-R installation and service. His tenure at Schwickert’s, also approaching the 25-year milestone, commenced with his role as an HVAC Service Technician. Derek’s progression through various positions led to his recent role as Vice President of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP).
Derek has led acquisitions, propelling company growth and diversity amongst trades. His wealth of experience, dedication, and deep understanding of our company make him the ideal candidate to lead Schwickert’s into its next chapter.
Neil Bannerman has assumed the role of Vice President of MEP. Neil has also grown through the internal ranks of Schwickert’s, most recently as Mechanical Service Director.

Kevin joins Tecta America’s corporate team from Schwickert’s, a Tecta America Company headquartered in Mankato, MN where he has served as Operating Unit President since 2016. Before serving as Operating Unit President, he held various positions within Schwickert’s, as well as owning and operating his own construction company.
