CE Reeve Roofing completed the 85,200-square-foot roofing system for Nickel Plate Station – Vardegan Building in Fishers, IN, a new construction mixed-use development for CRG Residential, LLC. Completed in December 2021, the project featured a Firestone 60 mil TPO membrane, fully adhered over Resista ISO, ISO 20 psi, and tapered ISO insulation, with shop-fabricated metal components for added protection and design integration. Spanning two buildings with 57 residential balconies and ground-level retail and restaurant spaces, the project required precise coordination across multiple roof areas and slopes (low and steep, ¼”) Highlighting CE Reeve Roofing’s expertise in complex mixed-use construction, delivering performance, and functionality within one integrated roofing system.
