Anthony Roofing completed a reroofing project at The Club at Prairie, a community center in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The project included the removal of the existing EPDM membrane and river rock ballast, followed by the preparation of the roof system for new installation. Existing insulation was reused where possible, with new vapor barriers, polyisocyanurate insulation, and DensDeck® cover board added to enhance system performance.
The new roofing assembly incorporated multiple systems, including 60-mil TPO and EPDM membranes, utilizing both ballasted and mechanically attached (Rhinobond) applications. Crews also redistributed ballast as needed to complete the system.
This multi-system reroof highlights the team’s ability to manage complex roof assemblies while delivering a durable, manufacturer-approved solution tailored to the building’s needs.
