Tecta America East – Architectural Metals provided comprehensive architectural metal services for the Crystal Substation in Crystal City, VA. This commercial utility project, covering 6,804 square feet, began in July 2022 and was completed in May 2023. The scope included engineering, layout, and installation of a custom framing system with steel supports, along with the installation of a perforated anodized aluminum screen cladding panel system featuring a unique pattern and three varying system depths. The project showcases Tecta’s ability to deliver complex, precision-driven metal solutions in critical infrastructure environments.
