F.J.A. Christiansen completed a challenging maintenance project and fall protection installation at the Associated Bank River Center, a 28-story, 426-foot-tall postmodern high-rise in Milwaukee, WI. The project required extensive work beyond the 28th story, utilizing scaffolding, ladder hooks, and significant Bosun Chair operations. Spanning three months, this project demanded 100% fall protection at all times, with all tools and materials securely fastened by lanyards or ropes. Led in part by project Foreman, the crew successfully executed the job with a strong emphasis on safety, completing the work without any loss of tools or materials.
