Tecta America West Florida completed the roof replacement at Hillsborough Lodge, removing the existing shingles down to the wood deck and disposing of all materials offsite. The project included installing a base layer of modified bitumen roofing membrane, removing large vents and an unused roof hatch, and patching the deck openings. To complete the system, the team mechanically attached a Metal Roofing Systems Nailstrip Snaplock panel roof, providing long-term durability and weather resistance.
