Tecta America East – Architectural Metals completed the architectural metals scope for the Traville Garage and Office Building in Rockville, MD. This new construction project, spanning 33,172 square feet, began in August 2023 and reached completion in April 2024. Work included layout framing and panel installation for the parking garage, as well as the installation of aluminum plate wall panels, soffits, column covers, canopies, rooftop penthouse enclosures, and parapet backer panels for the office building. The project highlights Tecta’s precision and expertise in delivering high-quality architectural metal solutions in the commercial office sector.
