TMR Roofing was founded in 1975 by Jack Maher and Barry Tuscano, who launched the business in Latrobe, PA, with a single truck and a vision for quality and professionalism. Over time, TMR shifted its focus to commercial roofing, building a reputation for safety, performance, and customer service. The company grew steadily, adding specialized repair crews, inspectors, and service departments. Today, TMR boasts more than 60 employees and seven full-time repair crews while maintaining the same commitment to excellence that defined its early days.
