Founded in 1968 by J.C. Lee and George Bower, B&L began as a small HVAC-focused sheet metal company in Bloomington, Indiana. Over time, roofing services became the core of the business, and B&L evolved into a regional leader in roofing and sheet metal work. Known for craftsmanship, integrity, and a people-first approach, B&L celebrated 50 years in business in 2018. In 2020, the company joined Tecta America, bringing its local legacy into a new era of national support and continued excellence.
