GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
This new construction project consists of both formed and composite metal wall panels, standing seam metal roof system, slate roof system, TPO roof system with tapered insulation, roof pavers and snow guards. The slate roof areas feature a custom hidden gutter system crafted out of .080 Aluminum with built-in slope, hung with ½” x 2” concealed stainless steel gutter brackets and hangers.
Wall panels encompass 20,678 SF, and the roof systems total 62,900 SF.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
This project was a combined effort with our Fruitland, MD office completing the roofing related elements and the Architectural Metals Division completing the wall panel portion.
