ABOUT SEAFORD CENTRAL ELEMENTARY
Seaford Central is a school for Kindergarten to 4th grade located in Seaford, Delaware.
The vision of Central Elementary is to lay a solid foundation with students, expecting them to be successful in their educational pursuits while growing into responsible, life-long learners who become leading members of society.
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
The project consisted of the removal of existing multi-layer built-up roof system and the installation of new modified bitumen roof system with tapered insulation. The roof was coated with a white energy star roof coating. We also installed new roof drains.
