JR Simplot – Repairs

PROJECT DETAILS:

Annual service maintenance.

• Repair roof defects per quote at each roof section
• Removed all debris from all roof sections
• Re-coat existing base flashings with emulsion coating
• Reseal or re-coat existing pitch boxes
• Reseal all storm collars with new sealant
• Apply roof cement with cotton fabric on all base flashing joints
