- Repair roof defects per quote at each roof section
- Removed all debris from all roof sections
- Re-coat existing base flashings with emulsion coating
- Reseal or re-coat existing pitch boxes
- Reseal all storm collars with new sealant
- Apply roof cement with cotton fabric on all base flashing joints
