This Golf Manor Customer needed a new roof. Their Cape Cod style home was poorly ventilated – very hot inside – which was causing nail-pops (visible in the BEFORE photo). We installed DCI SMART VENTS (see AFTER photo) along with ridge vents for the proper ratio of intake to exhaust ventilation. Roof system is GAF Timberline HD, 50-year warranty with 130 mph wind warranty. Color is “HICKORY”.
