Roofing replacements on a three-building campus in the Denver Tech Center. Remove rock ballast and existing roofing system down to the concrete decks. Install new roofing insulation and a fully adhered EPDM roof on each building. Unique challenges – rock removal was manually done with crane and Tecta field crews on weekends to minimize customer and tenant disruptions; trash removal was done via crane on weekends; LVOC adhesives and peel and stick membranes were utilized to mitigate fumes and complaints. Custom patio paver installation using “Firestone Sky Pavers” and drainage on 1-building
