GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
Re-roofing the 9400 Sq. Ft. 6th floor roof of the Center Street Wing. To eliminate a long-running drainage problem, Roof Systems of Maine installed a tapered insulation system, fully-adhered .060 LSFR EPDM membrane roof, and R.A.C. insert drains. Work over the patient rooms was completed without interruption to the daily activities of the hospital.
Project was completed on budget and on time.
