ABOUT LANEY COLLEGE
Laney College is the largest of the four colleges of the Peralta Community College District which serves northern Alameda County. Located in the heart of vibrant, multicultural downtown Oakland, Laney features the cosmopolitan atmosphere and human energy of a big-city university. - Bentogrout Remedial Waterproofing
- Thermoplastic Sheet Waterproofing- including demolition of old waterproofing membrane and termination bars. EFVM testing and mapping membrane, drainage layer over PVC membrane, testing roof drains, concrete pour watch and observation of landscape overburden placement.
- Pedestrian Traffic Coating-includes all surface preparation and yellow painting at stairs.
