TECTA AMERICA WEATHERGUARD COMPLETES PHASE 1 OF APARTMENT BUILDING PROJECT
WeatherGuard Tecta America recently completed the first part of a two-phase $42 million apartment building program at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. The two, 57 bed steep-sloped apartment buildings, also known as the Hillside Apartments. WeatherGuard worked diligently with the Architect, QPK Design from Syracuse, NY, and the General Contractor, MLB Construction Services LLC from Malta, NY to complete their scope of work before classes resumed at the beginning of the Fall Semester. The project scope of work consisted of installing approximately 13,500 sq. ft. of Fabral snap lock roof panels, 9,000 sq. ft. of décor flush panels, 9,800 sq. ft. of flat seam panels and 1,220 linear feet of Berger snow rails. The two apartment buildings were built off a steep hill overlooking Scribner Village.
