PROJECT DETAILS

The Advanced Technology Center contains state of the art technologies in which Tecta America was involved with several aspects to include renewable energy and sustainable features. The vegetated roof (approx. 6,000 sq. ft.) provides benefits in energy savings, stormwater offset, and heat island effect reduction promotes local ecology and enhances the life of the campus. The purpose of the functional rooftop layout is to make the roof components interactive and approachable and to encourage interaction, social engagement, and collaborations at various levels. Utilizing the rooftop as usable space enhances and maximizes the building’s function and overall value to the community.[stm_project_details style=”style_2″ title=”PROJECT DETAILS” css=”.vc_custom_1428651906989{margin-bottom: 41px !important;}”][stm_project_details_item label=”Operating Unit:” value=”Tecta America Southeast – Sanford”][stm_project_details_item label=”Client:” value=”GAC/H.J.
