PROJECT DETAILS

Tecta America Southeast Birmingham worked closely with BBVA Compass Brock Service Center to give them the system and warranty for their facility.  We worked alongside Jones Lang Lasalle representatives throughout the project.

The BBVA Compass Brock Service Center was a complete re-roofing project.  Our service department was involved with service work on an out parcel building during this project.

We removed an older roof system that leaked and installed a new 60 mil Carlisle fully adhered TPO system.

Lower parapet walls needed parapet safety clamps throughout the project.  The use of ladders was forbidden during the project so the crews had to access the roof through the facilities roof hatch. Safety davits are in place throughout the roof.
