This project began as a simple 800 square TPO retrofit over an existing metal building for a Fortune 500 Company.
Our performance during the 1st phase of construction ultimately led to another contract for the installation of another 700 squares, as well as a complete daylighting package. The daylighting package included over 200 light pipes and a complete renovation of their existing interior lighting. This successful negotiated project will hopefully prove to be a valuable sales tool for future clients in a daylighting market that is relatively untouched. This is yet another example of how Tecta’s ability to provide complete roofing solutions will help open doors to new markets.
