ABOUT BOSTON AVENUE RESIDENTIAL HALL
Texas Tech University Student Housing opens its newest addition to the residence hall system, Boston Avenue Residence Hall (Boston Hall). The suite-style hall offers two- and four-bedroom arrangements for more than 500 students.
PROJECT DETAILS
- Installed GAF 60mil TPO roof was installed over a structural concrete deck, fully tapered insulation (R-30), and ½” Dens-Deck Prime all fully adhered.
- Gladding McBean Straight Barrel Mission Tile was installed over the metal deck, 4” polyiso, ¾” plywood, and high-temperature peel and stick membrane.
