PROJECT DETAILS
New construction job with the installation of a two-ply Siplast Modified Bitumen Roof System on the flat areas with tapered ISO insulation. Pavers were installed on private balconies to create a protected and walkable roof deck.
We utilized shop fabrication and installation of the standing seam metal roof panels, complete with gutters and downspouts.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Approximately 100’ in the air. All work had to be completed out of a 120’ man lift or a crane with man basket.
