Baylor University East Village

PROJECT DETAILS

Project consisted of the construction of two new, 4-story residence buildings and dining commons, with various roof systems, which included, at the steep slope areas, a standing seam metal with rigid insulation board, and asphalt shingles over a composite nail-board. At the low slope areas, a fully adhered single-ply membrane, with a full ¼” tapered roof insulation was installed.

Project was very challenging, due to many different roof elevation, and sections, along with a very strict safety plan.
