CEI Roofing Texas, A Tecta America Company has achieved this designation by meeting requirements for total square footage installed; outstanding inspection ratings on materials covered by the Red Shield™ Warranty; and the number of completed Red Shield warranted jobs. Master Contractors are also required to earn a Preferred Quality Incidence Rating (QIR) that does not exceed 2.5 times the average QIR for Red Shield Contractors.
