Wilmington Residence

This Wilmington, OH older home has an older standing seam metal roof.  The customer wanted to see if we could get a few more years out of this roof – which we did by scraping off the old paint and then applying the appropriate DTM (Direct To Metal) paint.  Saved him many tens of thousands of dollars for full replacement.  The photos BEFORE & AFTER photos here show only a small portion of the overall roof.
