The project was a new construction project installing an 80 mil fully adhered TPO system
- Mechanically attach one layer of insulation
- Install a fully adhered white TPO (80-mil membrane)
- Install walkway pads
- Furnish and install shop fabricated 24-gauge prefinished steel counter-flashings, coping caps, scuppers, collector heads and downspouts
- Furnish and install 24-gauge prefinished metal roofing and related trim
- Furnish and install one aluminum roof hatch with a ladder-up safety post
